The Fountain Group is currently seeking a HR Program Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Alameda, CA. Details for the position are as follows:

• $65.00-$75.00/HR based on experience!
• 6-month contract (Potential to extend/convert based on performance/budget). 
• Responsible for:
  • Will develop, execute, and manage HR projects within the defined scope.
  • Projects will be related to increasing employee engagement, fully maximizing employee networks, consolidating diversity & inclusion efforts globally, and ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Works with business and HR management to establish project goals, objectives and deliverables and executes accordingly.
  • Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects working with department, management, and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution.
  • Measure performance & personal execution to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget.
  • Develops and executes a work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed.
  • Gathers & provides lessons learned from sponsor and stakeholders.
  • Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support information to Project Team and Department manager.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed.
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
  • At the department level or provides assistance to HR Business Partners on ad hoc requests.
  • Make decisions that impact project level activities.

• BA or BS degree required.
• At least 3 yrs. experience in project management or human resources.
